Lomo Saltado
A popular, traditional Peruvian dish, a stir fry that combines marinated strips of sirloin (or other beef steak of your choice) with onions, tomatoes, steak fries, and other ingredients; and it is typically served along with white rice.
Parihuela Seafood Soup
A typical Peruvian seafood soup. The Parihuela soup is a hearty and spicy seafood soup that has modest origins in the fishing communities of Peru and it is a very popular soup dish served all along the coast.
Ceviche
One of the Peruvian classics. The ceviche is composed of chunks of raw fish, marinated in freshly squeezed key lime or lemon juice, with sliced onions, chili peppers, cilantro, sweet potato, salt and pepper.
